While in college for graphic design and illustration, I started getting hired to draw caricatures at events, and many of which were weddings - which were my favorite. I enjoyed it and was finding a lot of success with word of mouth and loyal customers. Later I decided to pursue filmmaking and animation so I went back to art school to get training in cinematography, lighting, audio, motion graphics, and 3D animation.

After college I moved to NY and began working with award-winning cinematographers and production companies that were

working on high profile video and film productions.  It was during those days that I got to do a little bit of everything.  I was often setting up lights, working with talent, and art directing the background set.  And then after the shoot I would work on post production video editing and 2D and 3D motion graphics.

Over the 20+ years of doing professional video production - I have been blessed to have worked on many national, regional, and local video productions - many of which went on to win awards. Since I enjoyed my days working at wedding events drawing caricatures and spending time with brides and grooms and their families, and along with my video background, I wanted to bring all that experience to shooting cinematic wedding films.
